The Cold Steel SRK San Mai III is a continuation of the Battle Ready Classics that have been produced by Cold Steel for many years. Built from their famous San Mai III steel, this blade has proven unsurpassed in strength, toughness and sharpness. Built with a 3/16" blade, this knife is the perfect Survival Rescue Knife (SRK). The handle is deeply checkered Kray-Ex. The knife is currently standard issue for Navy Seals attending basic uderwater demolition training. Besides that, it is relatively easy to re-sharpen. This combat knife is one that you can trust, and at the price, it is a great deal.
